Genevieve Nnaji gives an insight into the history of Nigeria.

The Nollywood star had an interview with Canadian TV and radio personality George Stroumboulopoulos on his show George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight. It was taped in 2013 during the Toronto International Film Festival in September.

Genevieve who plays Ms Adebayo in the adaptation of Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, speaks on the movie.

The episode will air on Friday 17th January 2014 at 7 PM on CBC (Canada Only), but we are presented with a trailer.
